New building of Museum of History and Local Lore opens in Sharur district - FOTOLAR

A new building of the Museum of History and Local Lore has been launched in Sharur district, Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the museum.

Addressing the ceremony, Vasif Talibov congratulated the event participants on the opening of the new building of the museum.

The chairman of the Supreme Assembly then viewed the museum which features more than 7,000 exhibits.

Apartments and cars given out to persons in need of social care

Apartments have been given out to people with disabilities, two participants of the Azerbaijan Patriotic War, one person who participated in the elimination of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, and a person who became disabled while performing his military duties, while a NAZ Lifan 320 was presented to a Chernobyl disabled in Sharur district.

Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov congratulated those who received the apartments and cars.
